General

• I understand that the practitioners of and the information and products received from “The Natural Path Holistic Health Services” are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care.

• I understand that the supplements, herbs, essential oils, and other recommendations I receive are traditionally considered safe and based on historical uses of the product.

• I assume all responsibility for decisions I make regarding my health and any implementation of the information received from 'The Natural Path Holistic Health Services.'

• I affirm that I have notified my therapist of all known medical conditions, allergies, and injuries.

• I agree to inform the therapist of any changes in my health and medical condition. I understand that there shall be no liability on the therapist’s part should I forget to do so.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancelation fee or loss of the prepaid scheduled service.  Repeat offenders may be asked to prepay for services before scheduling.

 

Reflexology

• I understand that reflexology is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.

• If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my therapist so that the pressure can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my therapist responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during or after the session.

• I understand that reflexology is entirely therapeutic and non-sexual in nature.

 

BioMat

• The US FDA’s Medical Device 510K indications for use are as follows:  Relaxation of muscles and Increase of local circulation where applied. 

• Temporary relief of:  Minor muscle pain, Minor joint pain and stiffness, Joint pain associated with arthritis, Muscle spasms, Minor sprains, Minor strains, Minor muscular back pain, and Increased tissue oxygen (due to increased circulation where applied).

• The BioMat’s unique medical and therapeutic properties are based on Nobel prize-winning research into ionic channels and the same infrared technology that NASA identified as the safest and most beneficial type of light wave.

True Rife Advanced Resonant Therapy

• I understand that the TrueRife Advanced Resonant machine and all its components (Frequency Generator, GRS Scanning Devise, and the Ion Pro Wave Foot Spa) are based on the research conducted by Dr. Royal Rife and are theoretical in natural.  These devises are not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease and are for research information only.

• The Natural Path Holistic Health Services makes no claims regarding these devises.

• I assume all responsibility for the use of these devises.

Refund Policy

• All gift certificate sales are FINAL. 

• All service sale are FINAL.  At the discretion of The Natural Path staff, in-store credit may be applied to the client account to be used for retail or other services.

• Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Refunds will be issued in the form of Store credit only.
